- What is your return policy?
As our products are custom in nature, all sales are final and there will be no refunds permitted except orders may be canceled within 24 hours after submission.
- Do your products have a warranty?
No, these products have no warranties and cannot be returned for a refund.
- Do you have a physical store location?
At this time, we are an online business only. We may partner with certain university bookstores who offer our clubs in their store. At some point, we may partner with other golf retailers.
- How do you calculate sales tax?
Since we operate our business out of Texas, Collegiate Golf Clubs is required by law to collect sales tax from Texas residents only. The sales tax rate for Texas residents is 8.25%.
- Can I place an international order?
Yes, we can accept international orders. Please refer to the shipping page for international shipping information.
- Is your website secure for processing credit cards?
Yes. Your secure information is transmitted through Authorize.net and they use sophisticated data encryption technology (SSL) to process credit cards over the internet.
- Can orders be shipped to a PO Box?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
- How do I track the status of my order?
We will send you an email with your tracking number when your merchandise has been shipped. You will be directed to the UPS or USPS website depending on the shipping method you have selected.
